5. Shipping & Delivery (Bangladesh Only)

• We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.

• Delivery time usually takes 2–5 working days depending on location.

• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Longai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed.

• Original packaging and tags must be intact.

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind after confirmation

• Minor color variation due to display differences

• Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock for exchange.
