1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Exchange is applicable only for:

• Size issues

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong product delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation

• Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

• Items damaged due to improper use or washing

• Discounted / clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect and no replacement is available.

• Wrong item delivered and replacement is not possible.

Refund Process:

• For Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed via mobile banking after product verification. Transfer within 5–7 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Longai.

4. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email within 7 days.

2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos (if defective).

3. Our team will confirm eligibility.

4. Courier pickup or return instructions will be provided.

Exchange delivery time: 3–7 working days after approval.

5. Courier & Return Charges

• If the exchange is due to customer size change, the customer bears the courier cost.

• If the mistake is from our side (wrong item or defect), Longai will cover the delivery cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear unboxing video proof (recommended).

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
